Thank you for supporting our handmade business! Each item we create is carefully sewn and individually crafted.

All sales are final. Because our items are handmade and often produced in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives with a serious defect or damage related to workmanship, please contact us directly within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the defect

Once we review the situation, we will work with you to determine the best solution.

Please note:

• Minor variations in fabric pattern placement, stitching, or color may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
